Recharge rate
Our greenhouse rate is $9.26 per square foot of bench space per year.
This rate applies to all our greenhouses, lath houses, and outdoor spaces.
There is no minimum project size or minimum length of time.
There is no charge for projects using less than 50 square feet for a period of time less than two weeks.

It is important to note:
We charge for bench space, not floor space.
You pay for space occupied by plants. Empty space is not charged.
An inventory is done monthly to update space usage.
Recharges submitted quarterly.

Please provide the following:
A brief description of your project.
A rough estimate of amount of bench space needed or number of plants.
Length of project. Will it be less than six months or more than a year.
An estimated starting date.
Do you need cool or hot temperatures?

Daily checking of temperatures
